Photographic images:
All high-resolution images on disk should be accompanied by a client-approved proof for color. Scanned photographic images need to be at 300 dpi or greater when placed in the intermediate sized layout. All photographs should be saved in CMYK mode, NOT RGB mode.

Page Layout:
For best results, build your file to 1:24 scale or 1/2" = one foot. Be sure to include all placed graphics and images as well as all printer and screen fonts. If you build the layout in Illustrator, Freehand or CorelDraw, please include any embedded photographs separately on the disk as well. Please avoid placing type directly in PhotoShop files as this reduces the quality of the type. If you do include fonts please outline your type.

Proofs
Please provide a color final output proof. This will eliminate setup problems and save time on production. Make sure any special instructions or concerns are mentioned.

How to Submit Your Artwork
Please submit your artwork via our upload center. If your files are too large to upload, you will have to mail us a CD. Please send a proof along with your artwork.

Or you can FTP them straight to our pre-press department. You can upload any size file you like and re-name the file if you have to upload it twice. Please let us know if you choose this option.
