How many hours will the campaign run per day?

One mobile advertising day is normally 8 hours. Extra hours for the day can be arranged.

How do I get started?

Fill out a rate request form for your city. You will then receive information via e-mail to get started.

What are the rates?

The ad space on a mobile billboard ranges from $500 to $800 per day. Pricing is based on geographic location and length of mobile ad campaign. Production pricing ranges from $1,200 to $1,600 for two (2) mobile billboard banners.

What is included in the rate?

All expenses for the driver, fuel, insurance, tolls, travel and billboard installation are included in the rate. What we quote is what you are charged without hidden charges. You will only be charged extra if you add days, hours or additional locations to your campaign.

How much does a 2nd campaign cost?

A second campaign generally cost $1,000 less if the same banners are used. All you have to pay for is installation.

Is there a way to include music or an outside sound system?

Yes. We have a sound system and Mobile Ad Radio. These are powerful features that are included in the rate if you wish to utilize them. *Sorry, these features are not available in every city.

How do I know my campaign is following the route I designated?

All of our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking systems that allow you to track the location and driving history via the Eye Catching Media web site.

Can I determine the driving route of my mobile billboard campaign.

Yes. You can supply us with a predetermined route to follow or Eye Catching Media can help you decide the most effective route. We drive and park where you think will generate the best impressions.

What is the cost of billboard vinyl's for each truck?

Vinyl's typically start at $1,200.00 for 2 banners. This is included in our rate. We believe we are the cheapest available, and if you find out otherwise, please let us know!

How long will it take to produce the vinyl billboard?

It typically takes 2 to 5 working days to make the billboard(s) once a proof has been approved from the printer. We will need at least two weeks lead time.

What are the dimensions of the mobile billboard’s advertising space?

Overall dimension of finished vinyl - 10' 5"H x 22' 8"W. This includes the 3 1/4" pockets that will be seamed on all 4 sides.

Does it cost more to produce full color billboards? Or less for 2 color billboards?

No. Production costs are the same.

What happens to the vinyl billboards when we are finished with our campaign?

We will hold and store your vinyl billboards at no charge. We hope that you will use them again for a future campaign.

ART WORK

Can we have different artwork produced for either side of the truck and does it cost more?

Yes, we can put different banners on both sides of the truck at no extra charge.

How much is it for Eye Catching Media to produce the art work for us?

Eye Catching Media charges $65.00 an hour. Artwork averages to be about $150 to $550 depending on level of design.
